THE RULES
OF THE SKY.

1. Provider and scope

Skydrifty is provided by Tastan Film Produktion, Holzgasse 20, 5242 Birr, Switzerland, UID CHE-294.176.564. Contact: hello@skydrifty.com.

These terms describe the use of our website, published game materials, and support services. They supplement the licence and platform terms that apply when you obtain the app.

2. App licence and Apple terms

For copies obtained through the App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app licence unless a different licence is expressly supplied with the app. These website terms do not replace or reduce rights under that licence. Apple’s applicable service and usage rules also apply to your use of its platform.

3. Availability and development versions

Skydrifty is currently in development. Artwork and development screenshots may differ from a later release. Descriptions of planned features are not a promise of a release date or final feature set. Access to a test build is subject to the conditions communicated with that build.

Compatibility, availability, and any price for a released app will be stated in its official listing. Changes and updates may affect compatibility or development progress. We will not use these terms to remove mandatory rights relating to an app you have obtained.

4. Fair use

Use the app and website lawfully. Do not interfere with their security or availability, distribute malicious software, impersonate the provider, or use the services to infringe another person’s rights. Respect other people’s rights when sharing screenshots or contacting support.

5. Progress and game items

The current game stores progress locally on your device. Resetting progress or deleting the app and its data can remove that progress. We do not hold a cloud copy that can be restored on request.

Current game currency and unlocks are earned through play. They are gameplay features, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money through Skydrifty. Future changes to monetisation, if any, will be described in the applicable app version and listing before use.

6. Branding and content

Skydrifty branding, artwork, software, and website content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. The app licence does not transfer ownership of them to you. You may use assets expressly supplied in the Press Kit for editorial coverage of Skydrifty under the usage notes provided there. Other use that requires permission should be directed to our contact address.

7. Support and feedback

We use enquiries to provide support and understand reported problems. Please provide accurate information relevant to your request. Sending feedback does not create a promise to implement it, a confidentiality agreement, or an obligation to pay for an unsolicited idea.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You can find local reset instructions and contact options for privacy requests on Your Data Choices.

9. Responsibility and mandatory rights

We take reasonable care in providing our content and services. Development builds may contain errors or interruptions. Liability and warranty rights for the app are governed by the applicable app licence and mandatory law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for deliberate misconduct or gross negligence where applicable, or limits mandatory consumer, warranty, data protection, or other statutory rights.

10. Changes and applicable law

We may update these website terms to reflect changes in the service or law. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes do not retrospectively take away rights that have already arisen.

Swiss law applies to these terms, subject to mandatory protections and rights available under the laws that apply to you. Statutory rules on the competent courts remain unaffected.
