Leave the launch waitlist

Email hello@skydrifty.com from the address you registered with to withdraw consent, delete your registration or change your platform. You do not need a game account.

Change your callsign

Open Settings in Skydrifty and edit the Callsign field. A callsign does not need to be your real name.

Delete local progress

1. Open Settings in the game.
2. Select Reset Progress.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm the reset.

This removes your local career progress, unlocks, upgrades, paints, records, and earned currency, while keeping your saved callsign and control settings. To remove those too, open Accounts & Connections and choose Delete Local Profile, then confirm. This reset cannot be undone through the game. Deleting the app and its data also removes its local files; separately stored Apple backups are managed through your device or iCloud settings.

Turn off motion controls

Disable Tilt Steering in Settings. You can continue to use on-screen controls.

Request access, correction, or deletion

For account, cloud-save or support information, email us from an address associated with your request and describe the access, correction or deletion you need. We may need proportionate verification. Do not send passwords or authorization codes. Account deletion is also available in the app as described below. Limited transaction, security and deletion records may remain where needed to prevent duplicate grants or account recreation, reconcile refunds, or meet legal obligations.

Account deletion

Open Accounts & Connections and use DELETE SKYDRIFTY ACCOUNT for the connected account. Follow the displayed confirmation and, if interrupted, Continue deletion or recovery instructions. Do not assume signing out, deleting the app, or Delete Local Profile deletes the server account. Deletion removes account-linked cloud and gameplay entitlements through the account-deletion process; limited transaction, refund, security and deletion records can remain for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. It does not delete your Apple Account or Game Center profile, remove Apple leaderboard entries, or cancel App Store subscriptions. Manage subscriptions and Apple-held data through Apple’s services.
